Entellium is a Seattle-based CRM company.  I am especially familiar with them and their product as we looked into using their product a couple years ago.  I couldn’t explain why I didn’t like them or their product, I kept telling John (my boss) that I felt they were slimy - I just didn’t know why.  Turns out my judgement was right!
