The Magical Mystery Tour!!!!
I can’t even put into words just how magical the Magical Mystery Tour was for us today. It was everything we envisioned. We got to see all the childhood homes of the Beatles, Strawberry Fields, Penny Lane, and many other Liverpool sites that the Beatles have made famous.
After the tour, we grabbed lunch outside at a cute spot in Central Liverpool then headed over to the Beatles Story museum. The museum was absolutely amazing. We were there for over two hours and it completely flew by. When we rounded the last corner of the museum, we were so sad that it was over. I could have spent two more hours there. After the museum we came back home for naps and a little recovery for our tired bodies which stayed out dancing until 4 am last night on a disco floor that lit up like the one in Saturday Night Fever.
We honestly think that Liverpool might be the funnest place ever. Going out here last night was SO fun. The bars, the crazy English people, the music, and of course the dancing. There is a huge student population here so there is no shortage of bars or clubs. There is also a wonderful “we love the Beatles” vibe everywhere, which we are loving. We are already so excited to go out again tonight!
