On Saturday, Sarah and I went to the Columbia Winery to see Creme Tangerine perform (again!) and also to see Ken Mansfield, the former US Manager of the Beatles.
It was a fabulous afternoon - Creme Tangerine played down in the cellar of the winery surrounded by barrels of wine and we had unlimited tastings during the show (and a free tasting in the winery afterwards!) Then Ken talked about his experience with the Beatles - it was so great to hear his stories! Ahhh… only one degree from Paul now!! Ken was with the Beatles for a number of years and was even on the rooftop during their famous last performance together.
…When we were getting our picture taken with Ken, the bass player from Creme Tangerine leaned over, while playing, to get into the picture. We had no idea until later when we checked out the picture - so cute!
