After walking around Gatlinburg today, I decided that these are the things that Gatlinburgers (I wonder if they call themselves that??) are into in order of importance:1. God2. Jesus3. Dolly Parton (she might beat Jesus, too close to call)4. Anything Deep Fried (see above photo)5. Old Time Photos - there is honestly an Old Time photo shop on every corner!6. Pancake BuffetsFunny story at the place where I took the photo above.  This place was called “The Funnel Cake Shop” so naturally we went to get funnel cakes.  I walk in and there is a customer there that said something to me but I didn’t hear her. So she repeated “Do either of you want my deep-fried oreos?  I can’t finish them.”  We answered “Uh….no thanks.”   Really? I mean first sick that someone ordered the deep fried oreos, but second that she thought to offer her leftovers to complete strangers!!
