After dinner at Pure, we walked a few blocks to the Daryl Roth Theater where Fuerza Bruta was playing. Kevin had seen the group’s last production, De La Guarda, a few years ago and loved it - so we couldn’t wait to see their current production.  It was like nothing I’ve ever seen before.  Part Cirque du Soleil, part Waterworld, part trapeze show.  The audience stands up during the entire production and moves around as the stage crew directs.  The dancers interact with the audience and some members of the audience get SOAKING wet (thankfully not us!).

It was definitely one of those ‘you can only see it in New York’ type of shows - weird and wonderful!  I took lots of video and spliced together some of my favorite parts - enjoy!
