BBQ’d scallop and shrimp kabobs with a tropical salsa and side of a brown rice salad. We BBQ’d on the roof - what a perfect evening. I loosely based the tropical salsa off this recipe, and did a copy cat recipe of the delicious brown rice salad from Mike’s East Coast Sandwich shop, served with chilled Mumm. Delicious.
