It is hard to come back from a weekend like that.
It was absolutely gorgeous in Seattle this weekend - 80 degrees, sunny, and perfect everyday. Friday night we BBQ-ed and Kevin made a new favorite - basil & lime marinaded tilapia tacos… WOW. We ate outside on the rooftop deck, enjoyed the sunset and got to know some of our fun neighbors in the building.
On Saturday, Kevin and I took on our first sailing venture with just the two of us. What started as a no-wind day, turned out to be the exact opposite. We had quite the adventurous sail (including my panic attack when I honestly thought I was going to flip our little boat!). I also got a chance to check out the Bite of Seattle and enjoy some delicious Indian food.
What a great weekend! However a weekend like that makes Monday painful!
