AOL and Comcast were recently ranked by MSN Money’s third annual Customer Service Hall of Shame as the top two companies in bad customer service.  AOL ranked number one in horrible customer service with 45% consumers rating it as “poor.” Comcast ranked second with 41 percent of consumers rating their customer service experience as “poor.”

I couldn’t agree more.  Although I have never done business with AOL, this video says it all.  And let me tell you, I can personally attest to Comcast’s horrible customer service.  I am so happy to not be using their service anymore since my move to a new building.  After multiple bogus billing late fees, hours on the phone with customer service, hours spent waiting for technicians to arrive who are never on time, and internet/cable malfunctioning way too often - I am very happy to say I am NOT a Comcast customer!
