To celebrate our two year Conversion Day, we headed down south to stay in Santa Cruz for the weekend.  While we were there, we got some more Smeagle time in!  Sam and Eagle were in Carmel for Sam’s high school reunion, these two are always so wonderful to hang out with.

This San Francisco weekend was filled with sitting in parks, laying in the sun, shopping, watching the Blue Angels and relaxing. This is quite the contrast with the last three weekends filled with unpacking, buying furniture, assembling furniture and hard labor.  It was quite the welcome change!

I am loving Fall in SF!

The only downside of upgrading from 600 square feet to 1200 square feet is our extreme lack of furniture! So, we’ve spent lots of time shopping at Ikea. And to think I actually thought my days of Ikea shopping were over!

And… Now this is our life: unpacking.

To finish off our road trip, we spent the last two nights in Napa.  What a perfect way to end our journey!

The Redwoods bring out the tree hugger in me!  I just love them.
