Aloha, Aloha Airlines...
Aloha Air is out of business, and I am out of a flight from Kauai to the Big Island in a couple weeks. They aren’t even refunded anyone’s money! How crazy is that?

Today...
Afternoon: Walk around Pike Place market…Brunch at Cafe Campagne - sooo good. I was also so excited to eavesdrop on four Frenchies that were sitting next to us. Evening: Go to my 2nd home, Voxx, with Diggy. Got a little work done.
Someone... save me...
For the past couple days I’ve been editing others’ content for the new website. Seriously, I am not sure whether to laugh at the absurdness… or cry because it means more content for me to write. Maybe this paradox is why I am going so crazy lately.
I’ve decided to keep a collection of the best quotes so far (and don’t worry, these will NOT launch on the new...
2 beers, some Guitar Hero... and call me in the...
My new prescription for ANYTHING. I was going a little crazy last night with all the work I’ve been doing. Writing website content all day was seriously making me a little nuts. Diggy was worried about me when she stopped by the coffeeshop - I was half laughing, maybe half crying, all crazy. So I joined the friends for a couple beers at the Roanoke then played some GH afterwards…....
One more thing, then I'll shut up.
I know - at this point it may seem like Voxx is paying me to say such nice things. However… I just had to include this one last thing, then I swear I am done praising…
They have the most delicious quiche ever! I ordered a broccoli and cheddar quiche and it was amazing. I had already devoured most of it, then thought to take a pic.
CoffeeShop Madness!
After spending a good portion of my last 5 days working in coffeeshops (I have LOTS at work to do right now) I’ve become even more obsessed with Voxx Coffee by my house, which I mentioned a couple weeks ago.
Today at work I had to escape the distractions of Escapia (ha!) and hunker down over at Tully’s for some free wifi and working. I couldn’t help but compare this place to...
Hallelujah!
Finally… the marketing demo I’ve been working on for months is coming to a close. This is the first big marketing project like this we’ve ever done, so we’ve been buried in the details of getting things perfect. Especially as a start-up, if we’re going to spend a large sum of money on a project - we want to make sure it comes out PERFECT and is money well spent.

Not a nightmare, but my dream! →
I love that the title on this blog entry is “A Nightmare Becomes Real” and I am thinking “YES!! What a dream!” Seriously?! A show about these girls (who I kind of feel like are my friends, wierd) - I am going to be in heaven!! I hope, hope, hope this happens! This will be better than The Hills for me!
I vote 'hate it' →
Finally, cell phone use is becoming allowed on airlines. Emirates being the first to roll it out. I know that if that Chatty Cathy that always seems to sit next to me enjoys chatting me up so much, she’s really going to enjoy talking on her phone incessantly during the flight. I guess I am finally going to have to invest in the Bose Noise Cancelling headphones!
Rich Girls' Night Out
Tonight might have been one of the best girls night out ever. Coffey, Rothie, Spry, Michelle and I all went to Mamma Mia at the Paramount. Before the musical we grabbed dinner at Icon Grill, where the food was good - the manager was NOT. The show was great - musicals are so magical to me. There is just something about the ambience, stage and performance that inspires me. I am dying to go to...
My future kitty... →
So I found where my future kitten is! This is the breeder where Aspen came from. I decided that I really want to get one of his brothers or sisters, preferably one that doesn’t cry like a baby the way Aspen did. I also decided that I really want a Balinese kitten, mostly because I love all things Balinese, why should I stop at pets?
So, whenever it may be the time to get my kitten (when...
Laser Beatles! →
Dorian and I went to Laser Beatles tonight at the Pacific Science Center. It was an activity so random, and I am so happy that Dorian was as into as I was. The lasers were great, the music was great, however the highlight was the number of crazy kids that went to the show. The kids all brought blankets, pillows and sleeping bags and layed on the floor of the laser dome. One child in...
Haha... Continental Airlines is currently paging...
How sucky to have that name, I would feel like I was always a letdown when you show up and you’re not the Jessica Simpson. Unless, of course, it is actually her which wouldn’t be so far fetched as I was behind her in the security line at SeaTac last year!
Pathetic thought...
Just now I was getting ready for bed (time check: 12:40 am) and I thought to myself: “Wow! For a pre-seminar night I am getting to bed early!” Seriously, how pathetic.
We all work so hard when we’re on the road it is crazy. Today Bryan and I were on the road visiting peeps at 9am-1pm. We took a break for lunch and sightseeing until around 2pm. Then I worked with the hotel...
Today's Travels
Finally – a really nice flight! The last few flights I’ve taken have been seriously terrible so today’s was so great. I got upgraded, which always helps – the breakfast served was actually really good and the movie on the plane was fantastic. They showed “Enchanted” which honestly I didn’t think I’d love, but I LOVED it. It was so cute and it reminded me of all the Disney movies I loved...
Today...
We all woke up early today and I went out to breakfast (Clarettes of course!) with Jill, Quiara and Alina. Then I caught up with girls downtown and we started the drive back home. And with that ends a fun bachelorette weekend!
Yes, of course we got the DJ at Barnaby’s to take a break from the 90’s rap and play “Like a Prayer” for us! The Walla Wallans at Barnaby’s definitely thought we were crazy!
Today...
Busiest day ever at work today trying to get everything done so I could sneak out a couple hours early to hit the road to Walla Walla, and also trying to prepare for being out of the office through Thursday next week. Luckilly I made it out by 3:15 pm to make it over to Coffey’s so we could all start the drive to Walla. I am looking forward to a fabulous weekend with the girls!
Delicious Dinner at El Gaucho!
Because the sales team kicked ass in February, our reward was a dinner out at El Gaucho - it was fabulous! John rented the private ‘boardroom’ which was a super nice room in a wine cellar setting.
Although I am ‘usually’ a vegetarian, I decided that El Gaucho is a place where exceptions can be made. So, I ordered a filet! Another vegetarian at Escapia ordered a steak...
I'm Baaaccckkk!
This is seriously what I said to my co-workers today when I walked in.
I’ve been feeling SO under the weather the past week, it has been like an alien took over my body. A really boring, monotone, sleeping, achey alien. Thank god the alien has moved out!
I woke up this morning and actually felt like myself. I didn’t try to crawl back into bed after showering (like I’ve done...
