WatchOMG, I told my co-worker this morning about how I randomly haven’t received my voting ballot yet - I seriously think it got lost in the mail. Voter’s Pamphlet - check, Actual Ballet… no check.
So.. he responded by sending me this video - I almost died!!! I NEED to find that GD ballot! This video cannot become my reality!!

Worst conference keynote session ever...
I’m at a ethics keynote session. This dude is honestly on his third acronym for the word “ethics.” Want. To. Die. He came armed for his hour long presentation with only a flipchart. I just looked over at our CTO sitting next to me - she is asleep.

I am crazy for urls. I just bought yet another domain. Now that makes five that I officially own, and I guarantee that number will continue to grow. Urls are like the poor man’s real estate. I can’t afford a home, at least I can afford my little place on the interwebs!

I was just at the bank deposting my expense reimbursement check. For a little background, I tend to have rather large expense checks as I put pretty much every company marketing expense on my credit card, and then get reimbursed. Due to financial times (yes, I had to mention it) I've gotten a little crazy and have been doing double-time expensing just to make sure my expenses are always up to date. That's besides the point, in any case, I was at the bank just now...
Teller: "Wow, this check is higher than your normal paycheck. Did you get a bonus or something?"
Me: "Uh.... ummm... it's for my expenses... wait - why are you asking?!"
Teller: "Just curious."
Okay... since when should tellers be able to ask questions about their customers' personal finances?? This is wrong! Seriously mind your own business!

Entellium is a Seattle-based CRM company. I am especially familiar with them and their product as we looked into using their product a couple years ago. I couldn’t explain why I didn’t like them or their product, I kept telling John (my boss) that I felt they were slimy - I just didn’t know why. Turns out my judgement was right!
